This is what voters will confront when they enter the voting booth on September 9. It is all that the voter will see, and is an all-or-nothing proposition. The wording is outrageously deceptive. Note that it promises a world of wonderful things without ever mentioning that it calls for a $1.2 billion tax increase, the largest in Alabama's history.
